Executive Chef Robert McKeon and his experienced culinary team create a variety of menu options that appeal to different tastes and appetites. Homemade favorites made with local produce, meats, and seafood are showcased daily. Residents who have a favorite family recipe will be excited to know that Chef Robert takes special requests—just let him know what you're craving. In between meals, residents are welcome to grab a quick bite in the Bistro Café, which is always open.
Each month, our "Culinary Corner" meeting introduces new menu selections and offer samples of our latest creations.
Each menu is prepared with nutrition in mind, and our registered dietitian works to make sure that everyone’s special dietary needs are being met with flavor.
